Biotin-PEG-SVA (Biotin-PEG-Succinimidyl Valerate) is a bifunctional PEG reagent featuring a biotin group at one end and a succinimidyl valerate (SVA) ester at the other. The biotin group provides high-affinity binding to avidin or streptavidin proteins, making it an excellent affinity label for targeted applications. The SVA ester reacts efficiently with primary amines on proteins, peptides, or other molecules, forming stable amide bonds.
